Exchange, Return & Refund policy

At Vastravali Jaipur, we ensure that every customer undergoes a stress-free purchase. Therefore, we have formed a friendly policy for our customers. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.

What is our Cancellation policy?

For the cancellation of any product, please do it within 12-24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, email us at vastravalijaipur@gmail.com

What is our exchange/ return policy?

• You may exchange the product for a different size. In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us are not received in good condition—or are damaged or defective—you may exchange the goods. For the process of exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 48 hours from the date on which these goods were delivered. 
• Returns are not valid on clearance merchandise.
• Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
• So,  If the product is eligible for size exchange, please mail us at vastravali@gmail.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your email gets notified by us, please send the product back to us by yourself.
• Returns are accepted and a Credit Note will be provided which can be used for 1 month.

Note: We do not have a reverse pick-up facility. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Vastravali Jaipur will be treated as not returned. Please note that 3% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Kindly remember to take acknowledgement receipt of the number of dispatched products from the courier guy, with his signature and mobile number. Vartavali Jaipur will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

Please note the following address where you have to return the product for exchange:

• You can report the product within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• While returning the product, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.
• When the desired size of the product is not in stock, we issue a credit note for our customers with a validity of 30 days (from the date of receipt of store credit), provided to our customer.
• In case of Damaged/Wrong delivery: If the merchandise is an incorrect item that has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at vatravalijaipur@gmail.com or contact us at +91 6367 878 032  within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number. We will send you a fresh piece.
• We offer a one-time exchange for eligible items. This means you have the opportunity to exchange an item once after the initial purchase.
